Our staff will do their utmost to ensure that manuscripts in our possession are looked after, however we are not responsible for the loss of any work either in our possession or in transit. Works that have been returned to an author will have a certificate of posting.
We appreciate that there are authors who do not wish to pay for the publication of their work. We would respectfully ask that authors bear in mind that we do not believe in misleading and that we will give all authors the option of having their work returned if it fails to meet the mainstream criteria. Authors who agree to view any contract issued by Willow Bank Publishers are under no obligation to proceed any further and we are happy to discuss our services with authors and their legal representatives alike.
Titles purchased from our online bookshop are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. The postage and packaging fee is negotiable on multiple orders. Please contact our sales department for further details.
