The Author:
Nicola Smith was born in Chesham and grew up in Amersham. She was educated at Dr Challoners
High school in Little Chalfont. She now lives in Aylesbury with her husband Graeme, grown up son, Andrew, and three cats, Megan, Amber and Bracken. Her married daughter, son-in law and granddaughter live nearby. Nicola works in Marlow, and has numerous hobbies, including writing, gardening, hill walking and Karate. This is her debut novel.
